Who Has Been Your Player Of the Season?

Of course we’re all disappointed but there’s been some positives.

Luke O’Brien was awarded Player of the Year last week in a decision that is sure to have appalled ThorneInMySide but warmed my heart!

Dean Furman was named the Telegraph & Argus’ most consistent player of the year and that’s shown by his regularly being awarded the Vital Bradford Man of the Match. Whilst that unfortunately has not been updated since the Rochdale game (although it could be questioned whether anyone has been a Bradford man of the match since then) he had taken 8 votes, three more than Rhys Evans.

However, Nicky Law could probably be justifiably nominated as one of those players, so too Omar Daley whose recent absence should not be underestimated whilst the Bantams have once again looked to Peter Thorne to find the net.

As the season comes to a close, let us know who you think is the Vital player of the year? Vote now…

Appalled indeed but not surprised – a sympathy vote from the players & fans for someone who undoubtedly works hard but is young & lacking in experience designed to give him a confidence boost. If we continue to champion decidedly average players like OB then we’ll be heading for the Blue Square not League 1. I hope Hecky is fit for the start of next season. Law gets my vote, as keen & industrious as Furman but with more quality & skill.
