Stuart McCall vowed to leave Bradford City football club at the end of the season if he couldn’t get his club into the playoffs.

However after saturday’s final home game of the season, the save our stuart campaign must’ve given the ginger messiah some serious thinking to do. Speaking to the T&A, McCall spoke of how the don of current Premiership leaders Manchester United, gave him some words of advice.

‘Sir Alex sent me an e-mail reminding me i’ve only been in the management business 2 years and that i need to get a grip!’

‘Rotherham manager Mark Robins gave me some words in the tunnel after the game too’

Stuart’s future is said to be decided within the next 24 hours.

I hope he stays, Rome wasn’t built in a day as the banner put it. So whatever happens, i think it’s important to get behind the team 100% every game no matter who’s at the helm next season.

I think when he has had time to reflect he will decide that there is still some unfinished business.

Taggart is right, success comes with experience and Smc will have learnt by his mistakes and will become a stronger and better manager.
