The F.A Cup 1st round draw has been made, and yet again the Bantams have found themselves paired with Notts County.

High Spending County are a team we know all too well this season, a highly publicised 5-0 opening day loss to County was the lowest point of our season so far.

However argubly our highest point of the season was beating County in the Johnstones Paint Trophy. A terrific atmosphere saw the Bantams twice coming from behind, with Chris Brandon nodding in a last minute header to send the game to penalties, in which we manaqed to come from behind and win!

Many City fans wonder why it is that we never draw a non league team, where we look the odds on favourites, nevertheless we have been drawn away to County, and we should look to repeat the success of previous seasons, in which we’ve gone through the first round.

Last year McCall’s men knocked League 1 MK Dons out in what was an upset, lets hope we can 1-up Notts here!
