Bradford certainly reacted the right way from our six-nil thrashing on Tuesday with a point at Sheffield United on Saturday as we came back from a goal down to draw, even though we ended with 10-men again.

The slim chances of making the play-offs have no become slim though following this one-one draw at Bramall Lane, whereas Sheffield United now need just a point from their final three-matches to assume themselves of this.

We had the first half chances and could have gone into the break one-up if Halliday hadn’t failed to hit the target or Clarke wasn’t denied by an effort that was cleared off the line with the deadlock not broken.

Shortly before the hour Sheffield United did breakthrough though when Holt (57) scored.

Clarke (83) wasn’t denied late on though when this time he fired home from the edge of the area to make it one-one, and that’s how it stayed but we did go down to 10-men in injury-time when McArdle went for his second yellow card.

The play-offs are over, mathematically now, which is a disappointment from another otherwise successful season so we’ll look to go again next season.
Scunthorpe (a)
We’ve still got three-matches to play this season though and want to end positively, starting against Scunthorpe next up!

What way will this one go though?
