Bradford City could be set for a massive cash injection.
Chairman Julian Rhodes has revealed talks are at an advanced stage with the mystery investor and it could bring in ‘several million pounds’, he told the Telegraph & Argus.
“Nothing is definite but there is a very strong chance of it happening,’ said Rhodes who returned from holiday today to try and overcome any final hurdles.
“We’ve agreed terms in the broadest sense. We are talking serious investment and enough to get us back up to the magical break-even figure we’ve been striving for for a long time.”
Any deal would see City’s shares split 50/50 between Rhodes and the interested party.
