Relegated Bradford look to youth

Youth team products Simon Ainge and Tom Penford could get a run-out as Bradford City’s miserable season comes to a close.



David Wetherall must be looking to the future to see what can be salvaged from the current playing staff.



Teenage defender Damian Hopkins could also be given a debut.



With Eddie Johnson injured and Spencer Weir-Dalet a doubt, many Bantams would also like to see Ben Muirhead and Xavi Barrau given a chance.



Wetherall told the Telegraph & Argus: ‘We want to finish the season with a positive performance and leave people with a slightly sweeter taste in the mouth.
