Draw Was Fair

Colin Todd believes the draw against Barnsley was more than a fair result.

The game could’ve finished differently however had both teams not had a player sent harshly from the field of play. Barnsley midfielder Brian Howard was sent off on the 36th minute and Bradford also had Muirhead shown his marching orders on the 69th.

‘We didn’t threaten as much as I would like us to do at home and looking at the game as a whole a draw was the right result.

‘We didn’t have any cohesion and if you don’t move the ball quickly you bring problems upon yourself by making the wrong decisions.

‘Barnsley are a side who’ve surprised me – they had some useful players. We didn’t have a lot of chances in the second half, but I have to be pleased we have come out with a clean sheet.’
