League 1 life, at the start of the season, hasn’t seen much let up for anyone with ourselves included as its been weekend-midweek and so on for much of the season so far.

Bradford, fresh from an impressive midweek win, are on their travels again this Saturday afternoon when we face Colchester United at the West Homes Community Stadium.

Colchester hope to have Freddie Sears (back) fit after he was forced to sit out a training session on Thursday with Rhys Healey in line for a debut if international clearance arrives in time following his loan arrival from Cardiff City.

What a blow it has been to see James Hanson (thigh) ruled out, but we’ll have to do without our inspirational striker for the next four-weeks. Aaron Mclean and Billy Clarke will carry on up top.

Alan Sheehan (suspension) sits out the second of his three-match ban for a stupid and needless recent sending off with Christophe Routis deputising.
