Bradford City are represented in the latest Football League team of the week that has been selected after this week’s action.

The performance by Jake Reeves in the four one victory over MK Dons at the weekend at Stadium:MK was enough to earn them a place in the side alongside the other most impressive performers in the Football League pyramid.

I think we’ll already know ourselves, and not just based on the latest performance, why Reeves was selected as part of the team but explaining the choice – the FL blurb read.

‘Although team-mate Charlie Wyke was on the scoresheet twice in Bradford’s 4-1 win over Milton Keynes Dons, Reeves was the Dons’ tormentor in chief. The midfielder was hauled down early on which resulted in a sending off, and he made the most of the extra space, playing a huge part in the third, and assisting the fourth.’

It’s always good to see the club represented in this way, and well played to Reeves for his recognition, but the most important thing about the weekend was of course the win.

Full Team:

Dave Richards (Crewe Alexandra), Dan Potts (Luton Town), Dan Burn (Wigan Athletic), Richard Wood (Rotherham United), Pierce Sweeney (Exeter City), Ebere Eze (Wycombe Wanderers), Jake Reeves (Bradford City), Sean Murray (Colchester United), Ben Whiteman (Doncaster Rovers), James Henry (Oxford United), Ellis Harrison (Bristol Rovers).

Manager – Darrell Clarke (Bristol Rovers).
