The Football League have now announced the Match Day officials that will take charge of the game between Northampton Town and Bradford City this Saturday.

Bradford City travel to Northampton Town on Saturday September 23 for the game at Sixfields Stadium and the match carries a 3pm kick off.

Referee: Graham Horwood
Assistant Refs: David Plowright and Stephen Wade
Fourth Official: Aji Ajibola

Match Day referee Horwood has officiatedsix games in 2017/18, showing 21 yellow cards so far.

He took in 31 games in 2016/17 with a return of 113 yellow cards and six red cards.

He highest card count that season was nine yellows in the match between Southend United and Oxford United.

He took in twelve matches in 2015-16, and in those games he handed out a total of 46 yellow cards and four red cards.

He was most card happy in the match between Leyton Orient and Portsmouth on Boxing Day with a total of five yellows shown, along with two reds.

Let`s hope it`s not another repeat and more of the players edge closer to automatic bans.
