No Case To Answer – Windass

The FA have dropped an investigation into alledged ‘biting’ by Dean Windass.

34 year old Bournemouth player Marcus Browning accused Windass of biting him during the game between the two sides in August.

A similar claim was then made by Southend keeper Flahavan.

Windass denied both allegations and the FA have confirmed he has no case to answer.
