The Official Website has confirmed the additions of not one, not two but three new coaching staff.

Michael Collins, Sam Collins and Martin Drury have all been added at Bradford.

Collins (Michael), a former player with the likes of Huddersfield, Scunthorpe and Oxford has been appointed as boss of the U18 side where he will be assisted by Martin Drury – they replace Steve Thornber and Lee Elam after they left during the summer.

Having retired as a player during the summer, Collins, 31, had been a regular at Leyton Orient last season. Drury, also 31, has been coaching at City for over a year anyway, 18 months in fact, so is familiar to the club.

A role as Professional Development Coach has been taken up by Collins (Sam), who can also count Huddersfield among his former clubs and played on until well into his 30s at Hartlepool, where he had been a coach and even caretaker boss at Victoria Park too.

He will ‘be working closely with Stuart McCall and Kenny Black in helping to bring forward the younger professionals within the first team squad,’ said the Official Website.
