Bradford’s opponents in the first round of the FA cup have been revealed.

This weekend the final qualifying round took place, and on Sunday afternoon the draw for the first round proper took place live on ITV.

Following this we now know that Bradford will be facing Rotherham.

Rotherham have the advantage of being at home but Bradford will be the favourites going into this really won’t they?

We will of course be hoping (and not taking anything for granted) the Bantams won’t be on the wrong end of an upset, something that we’ve managed so many times in cup competitions over the years most recently several times in the league cup last season of course.

It’ll be an interesting tie and give some the chance to make the trip to the New York Stadium that perhaps they didn’t manage last season? Whoever makes this visit will be doing so looking for the Bantams to book a place in round two though!

This tie will be played on the 9th or 10th November.
