Who was your Man of the Match against Darlington?
I`m not really sure anyone deserves to be named Man of the Match but for completeness` sake it will be interesting to see who you think earnt any plaudits last night.
In a disappointing game the main talking points came in the final ten minutes when the Bantams once again conceded late on and ended up with nothing to halve our point improvement on last season (we`re now 3 points ahead of last year`s performance having lost a game we won).
Of the players who turned out in Claret & Amber the pick was probably Dean Furman but unfortunately he wasn`t given enough of the ball to do anything with it. Maybe we should choose a Villain of the Match because here are far too many of them to choose from.
Fortunately we have another game on Friday when we can hopefully add to our haul from these 5 games. So far we`ve taken 1 point out of 6, there are another 9 up for grabs and by next Saturday we`ll have a good idea of how we`re going to fare this season.
On Saturday, in the draw with Gillingham, there`s been a draw in your choice for Vital Man of the Match. Both Dean Furman and Peter Thorne took 25% of the vote.
