Another German in the Ranks
Bradford made their second signing of the season this Thursday with the signature of German Kai Brunker from SC Freiburg II inthe German Amateur League South West.
Kai, the self proclaimed ‘BEAST’ is 189cm in height and a right footed Striker. He calls himself a team player who likes to bring team mates into the ball and wants to get the opposition defence’s applause at the end of the game.
The fee is undisclosed but with his contract in Germany ending on Jun 2018 and coming from the reserves of Freiburg, I wouldnt expect this fee to be much.
HE comes in the Keiffer Moore and Billy Sharp mould and whilst not as proven as at least the latter, he certainly brings the ‘big man up top’ back up for Charlie Wyke. At only 23 years old he could be another good investment. However, we have to be careful he doesnt fall into the mould of Willy Topp (remember him?)
