Another week, another great marketing idea at Valley Parade. Following in the footsteps of the Buy One, Get One Free ticket offer of last week the club have got another cut-price offer to entice people into Valley Parade to watch the early league leaders.

This time the offer applies to all home seats in the stadium (apart from those in the lounge areas) and means that a season ticket holder can bring a friend for £10.

The game in question is the visit of Luton Town on October 4th which is sure to attract a healthy following from the south

Tickets have to be bought in advance and are on sale from after tomorrow’s game with AFC Bournemouth and then during normal hours of business until 5pm on the 3rd October.

It will be interesting to see what sitting on top of the table does for the attendance tomorrow and, should City continue to be impressing by October, how much of an incentive to the stay away fans this will be.

For anyone with Leeds United supporting friends that may be interested it’s worth pointing out that on that date Leeds play at 12.00pm meaning they could come to Valley Parade without missing out on any of the ‘action’.
