Bradford, QPR, Gianni Paladini, Jason Kennedy and Carlisle in the same sentence seems a little strange doesn’t it? But recent news surrounds all four so it will come together…. Honest!

Paladini is in the early stages of talks with Bradford over a proposed Bradford takeover with him said to have signed a ‘confidentiality agreement’ with current joint-chairmen Julian Rhodes and Mark Lawn.

Paladini was with QPR for eight-years but moved away from Loftus Road in 2011 and has since made a move, which didn’t come off, for Championship outfit Birmingham and is now in for us!

Would this be a good or back thing? Only time would tell, QPR fans would know best of all really….

If the former QPR chairman does gain contract Kennedy isn’t likely to be part of our future with his Carlisle loan extended until the end of the season having enjoyed a successful month-long stay with the League 2 outfit already.

Kennedy, who I think is out of contract in the summer, isn’t likely to be in Phil Parkinson’s plans next season, which assumed Parkinson would be in Paladini’s plans if he did gain control as he’s well known – I know this much of him, or at least happened when he was chairman at QPR – for controversial decisions and a change of managers!
