Bradford have ‘accepted the punishment’ applied to them by the football league.

A fine of £9,000 was slapped upon The Bantams following the mass brawl against Crawley last month, which saw five players sent off after the game.

Head of operations David Baldwin has confirmed that the punishment has been accepted: ‘We will accept the punishment given to us by the Football Association and look to move on.

‘The club is now keen to concentrate all their efforts on ensuring that we are able to confirm our League Two status for next season.’

Bradford have also been warned about their future conduct, whilst Crawley were fined £18,000 for their part in the matter.
