There wasn’t too much real goalmouth action, as much down to the Valley Parade pitch as anything, but Bradford know our name (so Parky might still get Man United!) is in the pot for the semi final draw on Monday.

I’m not sure I subscribe to the ‘pitch being a leveller’ as some have said of our nil-nil draw with Reading, whatever it was the draw means that we’ll go again a week Monday in the ΒΌ final replay.

The first real chance went to Reading and Pogrebnyak thought he had scored as his effort curled towards goal but came back off the post, at the other end a dangerous Liddle cross evaded everyone before coming back off the post too.

Morais had a great chance to win it for us in the second half but having hesitated and then deciding to try and cross instead of shooting the chance went with Hanson and Davies looking to win it for us.

Pogrebnyak, with the use of his hand, stuck the post again as he almost won it late on.
