Ossett Town acted as a late substitute for a pre-season friendly after Bradford’s original date on Tuesday was cancelled.

Primarily a team of apprentices and trialists this Bantams XI was beaten 2-0 at the Ingfield Stadium.

James Meredith, Jason Kennedy, Matt Taylor and Raffaele De Vita were on disaplay with trialist ‘keepers Matt Urwin and Jay Lynch among those used by Phil Parkinson.

Rob Bordman and Luke Blackburn, both in the second half, were the goalscorers on the night.
