What an absolutely incredible season it’s been for Bradford so far?

If you could’ve been offered this start if anyone can honestly tell you they wouldn’t have taken it then they’re a liar, surely…

Next up in league one for the Bantams are Tranmere when they come to Valley Parade.

We were dealt a massive blow with the news that Andrew Davies (knee) faces four-months! As Rory McArdle and Carl McHugh (international duty) are away we’re left short, and can’t recall Matt Taylor from his loan spell with Colchester.

Phil Parkinson is very pleased with the season to date but knows we can’t get complacent and if we do just because Tranmere are struggling we’ll be made to pay for it, he told BBC Radio Leeds: ‘Through the course of the season you can’t have everything your own way and we need to respond this week.

‘We’ve had to go steady on Luke Oliver this week because if we were to lose him then we’d be struggling to put a team out on Saturday.

‘We’re pleased with how we’ve gone so far and we’ve got an exciting month ahead of us.

‘Being bottom of the league means there’s a lack of confidence there and we have to make sure we put them on the back foot from the first whistle because they are going to be fighting hard.’

Tranmere, theoretically, should be beaten shouldn’t they as on paper we’re the favourites.

Theoretically and on paper isn’t how football is played though so anything is possible but I’d be disappointed if we lost I have to say and think we’ll go one better with a win!

At Vital Bradford we always want to know what you have to say so please share some views with us below as to how you think this will go?
